ADULT PAINT NIGHT - Friday, March 2, at 6 pm

Enjoy a fun night of painting with friends! Pencilworks Studio will come to the library with a new selection of images to choose from so you can create a new masterpiece to display at home. Class will be limited to 15 students. Tickets are now available for $20 per person to cover the supplies fee. Please visit the circulation desk to RSVP and get your tickets.

NEW! MOVIN' IN MARCH - Mondays, March 5-26, at 10 am


Join a fun, new group fitness activity that will give you the opportunity to try different types of exercise and exchange healthy meal and snack recipes in a comfortable, encouraging environment. Weekly program includes 20-30 minutes of low-impact exercise (streamed on video), followed by a discussion. Ideal for beginning fitness levels. Participants should bring a towel and water bottle. AUTHOR VISIT: MICHAEL GABRIELE - Friday, March 9 at 7 pm

Our Author & Filmmaker Series continues with Michael Gabriele, who will conduct a presentation on his book, The History of Diners in New Jersey . Learn more about these iconic Garden State eateries, and see if some of your favorites are featured in this book. Copies of the book will be available to purchase. Call to RSVP.

VISION BOARD WORKSHOP - Saturday, March 10 at 1 pm

What do you wish to achieve this coming year and beyond? Vision boards are a fun way to showcase your goals and dreams, and the finished product will keep you inspired to try and make them happen! During this Vision Board Workshop, participants will create their very own vision boards as they engage in a group discussion on how to set their intentions and execute their plans. We will supply you with magazines, glue, scissors, and markers. PARTICIPANTS ARE ASKED TO BRING THEIR OWN POSTERBOARD, and are also welcome to bring their own magazines or pictures. Call to RSVP.

All ages and fitness levels are welcome! T'ai Chi Chih is a series of slow and gentle movements based on ancient Oriental wellness principles. It is not a marital art. WEEKLY ADULT MAT YOGA CLASSES - Wednesdays at 11:30am


We offer Adult Yoga EVERY WEDNESDAY at 11:30 am with Taryn and Kristin, who are RYT-200 Certified Yoga Instructors and started Iris Mind+Body to share yoga, meditation, and other informative workshops. Combined, Kristin and Taryn hold certifications in Vinyasa, prenatal, mental health and restorative yoga, and have spent many hours studying guided meditation. They are looking forward to leaving you feeling relaxed and renewed! Call 973-226-8636 to sign up. Library assistant Scott Bergenfeld is available to show you the basics of Microsoft Word, Excel, and other tech resources any Friday from 9 am to noon. Learn how to safely and effectively navigate social media; create resume templates, letters, and spreadsheets; utilize valuable cell phone, iPad, and Kindle features, such as calendars and more. DUE TO THE POPULARITY OF THIS PROGRAM, RSVP IS NOW REQUIRED - please call 973-226-8636 to set up an appointment. This is drop-in instruction, not a formal class.
