Who may reserve museum passes?
Rosleand residents with valid adult RPL cards may reserve passes. A valid card is one that has less than $10 in fines. Only one pass type (one museum) may be booked per household for the same day of use. Passes will only be checked out on the library card for which the reservation was made.
How do I reserve a museum pass?
Passes may be booked in person, online (see link at bottom of this page), or by phone up to 30 days in advance. You must have your library card number to reserve over the phone. Passes have a 2 day loan period or if they are reserved on a Friday, they must be dropped off the following Monday.
Can I cancel my reservation?
Passes may be cancelled one day in advance by phone or in person.
When may I pick up a reserved pass?
Passes may only be picked up at the Library front desk on the day of use. If you wish to pick up the pass the evening before, please call to ensure availability.
When and how must I return a pass after use?
Passes must be dropped off at the Library front desk by 10am on their due date. DO NOT return museum passes in the book drop.
What happens if I return a pass late or lose it?
If passes are not returned on time, the fine per day is $10.00. Lost passes will be assessed at the replacement rate determined by the museum. Patrons consistently late with returns may be ineligible from borrowing passes.
